• Financial Support: We understand the financial challenges of participating in international competitions. ICU offers up to 100% funding support to alleviate these costs for our members, enabling them to focus on their craft without financial barriers.

One of our proudest achievements is the creation of the ICU competition recipe book, featuring the culinary creations of our talented members. This initiative not only celebrates their achievements but also showcases their unique talents to a global audience.
