It features a diverse array of activities including roundtable discussions, oenology workshops, captivating cooking demonstrations, gastronomy exhibitions, tastings, themed nights celebrating both national and international cuisines, gastronomic tours, and vibrant entertainment programs.
Since its inception, the "Pearl of the Sea" has attracted over 1000 chefs from 30 countries, solidifying its reputation as the premier gastronomic event in the Mediterranean region. This esteemed gathering has successfully achieved its primary objectives, becoming a cornerstone of culinary excellence and cultural exchange.
