We are thrilled to announce the great success of the International Culinary Union (ICU) Presentation and Career Development event held in Varna, the heart of Bulgaria's Black Sea coast.
The event drew more than 40 executive chefs, hoteliers, F&B managers, and curious hospitality business owners. Our special lecturer, Chef Mihail Zdravkov, ICU International President, shared insights on the union's strategy, targets, past events, new projects, and culinary developments.
Supporting Chef Zdravkov was our carving master and Judge Silver Star, Chef Bozhidar Dimitrov, who played a crucial role in the event's success. Galin Nedyalkov, a young, motivated, and highly organized individual, managed the organizational responsibilities before and during the event, ensuring its flawless execution.
We are grateful to our gracious hosts, Rosslyn Hotel Dimyat Varna, for providing the best hall (Galateya) during one of the busiest periods of Varna's active summer season.
