Competition – CHEFS
The jury will evaluate the best team, which will win the grand prize of 10,000 leva. Each interested team needs to submit a preliminary online application for participation on our website WWW.BIORESTCUP.COM.
Only approved applications will be admitted to the forum.
The competition is team-based, with each team consisting of 3 people.
Hot or cold vegetarian appetizer with the main ingredient – Beetroot and mandatory products "Vegetable gelatin Sosa", "Kudzu Sosa".
Main course – protein of choice with the mandatory product "Veal sweetbreads" and at least 2 side dishes and a sauce with the mandatory product "Gracila Gel Sosa" and a choice between "Gelcrem Cold" and "Gelcrem Hot".
