This prestigious gathering saw our team achieving remarkable success, securing 1st and 2nd places in the Individual competition, and a commendable 3rd place in the Team category.

More than just a culinary competition, the "Pearl of the Sea" event is a comprehensive showcase of hospitality and tourism schools alongside professional chefs. It features a diverse array of activities including roundtable discussions, oenology workshops, captivating cooking demonstrations, gastronomy exhibitions, tastings, themed nights celebrating both national and international cuisines, gastronomic tours, and vibrant entertainment programs.

Since its inception, the "Pearl of the Sea" has attracted over 1000 chefs from 30 countries, solidifying its reputation as the premier gastronomic event in the Mediterranean region. This esteemed gathering has successfully achieved its primary objectives, becoming a cornerstone of culinary excellence and cultural exchange. Widely covered by both national and international media, the event annually attracts thousands of enthusiastic visitors eager to indulge in the culinary delights and cultural richness it offers.
