Blending and Pureeing

Blending and pureeing involve using a blender or food processor to turn solid foods into a smooth mixture.

Tips:


  1. Consistency:

    Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid or reducing the blending time, depending on the desired thickness.


  2. Cool before blending:

    If blending hot liquids, allow them to cool slightly or blend in small batches to avoid splattering.


  3. Smooth textures:

    For an extra smooth puree, strain the mixture through a fine sieve after blending.
