On 16th of January 2019 ICU International President did presentation in the Atlas School In Fes. On the presentation attend 30 Chefs, Students and School Directors.

October 2018 Kyev, Ukraine
A team of 3 Countries won the Golden Trophy of Best Cook Fest 2018. Chef Radoslav Petrov who is a member of International Culinary Union participate for a first time as a Pastry Chef in that category and he show strong skills and great techniques.

During the Best Cook Fest held in Izmir Kemalpasha out team achieve two of the highest merits in that event. Bozhidar Dimitrov – Gold Medal in category Carving Mihail Simeonov – Silver Medal in the Juniors Category We are more than happy to introduce them and wish them a great future moments with the family of ICU.
April 2018 Mexico - Award Ceremony
Award Ceremony for the New President of International Culinary Union. The ceremony were held during the Tianguis Turistico Fair in Mexico Mazatlan 2018. At that special event the President of International Culinary Union awarded the new President Alberto Gerardo Humphrey Guerrero with the most highest merits in our Union.

Some might say that the main attraction is the Fiesta Brava held in the Monumental Bullfight Plaza. However, The San Marcos Nationail Fair, the railway, the clocks, guava sweets, the deshilados (textile craft), and balustrade of San Marcos Park, temples, its architecture and artists are so ingrained in Aguascalientes like its Fiesta Grande.

Dominated by the desert, many of the attractions of Coahuila are in this ecosystem, although some, such as the Four Cienegas Biosphere Reserve are a surprising finding. With about 150 different species of plants and animals endemic from the valley and mountains and because of its fragile and unique ecosystem, the valley is a perfect environment for photography lovers.
