Deep-Frying
Deep-frying involves submerging food in hot oil, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior.
Tips:
Right temperature:
Maintain the oil temperature between 350-375°F (175-190°C) for optimal frying. Use a thermometer to check.
Don't overcrowd:
Fry in small batches to maintain the oil temperature and achieve crispiness.
Drain excess oil:
After frying, place food on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.
