Roasting

Roasting involves cooking food, particularly meats and vegetables, in an oven using dry heat.

Tips:


  1. Even cooking:

    For even cooking, cut vegetables or meat into uniform sizes.


  2. High heat for browning:

    Start at a high temperature to promote browning, then lower the heat to cook through without burning.


  3. Rest the meat:

    Allow roasted meats to rest for a few minutes after cooking to redistribute the juices and maintain moisture.
