This marks the 6th edition of the event, and we, Taiwan Chefs Association, are thrilled to announce our collaboration with the Chinese Gourmet Association for this extraordinary occasion. Held at the Exhibition Hall, this grand event will showcase a variety of categories, including Hot Cooking, Cold Display, Art Showpiece, Live Show, Coffee, and Bartending. Exciting new additions such as the Asian Banquet Cuisine Team Challenge and Global Chefs Challenge promise a diverse competition experience.
Through comprehensive training programs and participation in Regional, National, and International culinary competitions endorsed by Worldchefs, the Taiwan Chefs Association remains dedicated to nurturing and empowering chefs. The Taiwan Chefs Association reaffirms its commitment to hosting this prestigious event, providing a platform for both seasoned professionals and aspiring young chefs to showcase their culinary prowess.
