Grilling

Grilling involves cooking food over direct heat, usually on a grill, giving it a distinct charred flavor.

Tips:


  1. Preheat the grill:

    Always preheat the grill to ensure a good sear and to prevent sticking.


  2. Oil the grate:

    Lightly oil the grill grate before cooking to prevent food from sticking.


  3. Watch the flame:

    Keep an eye on flare-ups caused by dripping fat; move food around if necessary to avoid burning.
