Garlic Naan

Ingredients:


  1. Refined Flour - 500 g

  2. Baking Powder - 1 g

  3. Curd - 25 g

  4. Sugar - 10 g

  5. Salt - 5 g

  6. Kalonji - 3 g

  7. Refined Oil - 10 ml

  8. Egg L-size (optional) - 1

  9. Garlic - 30 g

  10. Milk - 50 ml


Method of Preparation:


Sieve the flour with salt and baking powder. Mix egg, sugar, curd, and milk into a bowl. Knead the dough with the above ingredients and oil and allow it to rest for 2 hours. Divide into six equal portions and let it rest for 15 minutes. Sprinkle kalonji on the dough balls, flatten and cook in tandoor. Apply melted butter on top and serve.
