Balls of Three Kinds of Cheese

Ingredients:
Cow's Milk Cheese - 250 g
Parsley - 50 g
Mixed Cheese - 250 g
Ground Hot Red Pepper - 100 g
Sheep Cheese - 250 g
Poppy Seeds - 100 g
Butter - 150 g
Method of Preparation:
Grate all of the three kinds of cheese (Cow, mixed & Sheep cheese) in separate containers. Add 50 g. of softened butter to the three of the containers and blend well in order to obtain a thick creamy mixture. With the help of two spoons, make dumplings. Roll the mixed cheese in chopped parsley. Roll the cow`s milk cheese in spicy ground hot red pepper. Sheep cheese roll in the poppy seed.
