Brown Sugar Soya Chicken

Ingredients:


  1. Brown Sugar - 100 g

  2. Tomato Ketchup - 125 g

  3. Reduced Soya Sauce - 125 g

  4. Chicken Broth - 60 g

  5. Minced Ginger - 1 tsp

  6. Minced Garlic - 3/4 tsp

  7. Pineapple - 2 slices/ portion

  8. Chicken Thighs - 12 nos


Method of Preparation:


Mix ingredients 1-6 in a bowl. Keep aside ¼ of the marinade to make a sauce. Coat the chicken with the rest of the marinade and keep it in the fridge overnight (8 hrs). Remove the marinated chicken and grill on a hot griddle or BBQ Grill for 8 to 10 mins or as required. Heat the reserved marinade, pass through a fine sieve. Keep aside. Slice pineapple, remove the core and grill it, apply butter.

Serve hot, plate as you wish.
