Chicken a la Pula

Ingredients:


  1. Chicken Legs - 250 g

  2. Honey - 20 g

  3. Salt - 5 g

  4. Pepper - 5 g

  5. Sweet Soy Sauce - 30 ml

  6. Mustard - 10 g

  7. Carrots - 30 g

  8. Green peas - 20 g

  9. Butter - 40 g

  10. Eggs - 1

  11. Crumbs - 30 g

  12. Potatoes - 200 g

  13. Olive Oil - 50 ml

  14. Milk 100 ml


Method of Preparation:


Put the chicken legs in a bowl, add honey, salt, paper, sweet soy sauce and mustard, then put in the oven on 160°C for 20 minutes.

Carrot, Green Peas and butter, put in a pan and bake for 6-7 minutes.

Egg yolk put in crumbs, than put in hot oil and fry.

Cook the potatoes, put water put, add butter, olive oil, Milk and salt than mix for a cream.
