Chicken with Green Banana Twists

Ingredients:
Chicken - 250 g
Green Banana - 100 g
Onion (chopped) - 1/2 cup
Green Chilli (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cooking Cream - 1 tbsp
Flour - 1/2 cup
Oil for Frying
Salt - 1 tsp
For Topping:
Egg Yolk (boiled) - 2
Cooking Cream - 1 tsp
Mint Leaves (chopped) - 1 tsp
Salt - one pinch
For Sauce:
Carrot - 100 g
Onion (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli - 2
Egg Yolk - 1
Salt - 1/3 tsp
For Garnishing:
Eggs (boiled) - 2
Fresh Mint Leaf
Method of Preparation:
Chicken and green banana (peel the banana), washed and boiled, after that, paste nicely and add onion, coriander, green chilli, cumin powder, cooking cream, egg yolk, salt - mixed well.
Boiled egg yolk with mint and cumin powder, cream and pinch of salt - mix well and after that, topping the chicken and green banana mixed and shape round and coating the flour and fry golden brown.
Take a frying pan to add oil, chopped onion and carrot, fry for 2 minutes and than add cumin powder, salt, green chilli and egg yolk - mixed well, and add water, wait 5 minutes then blend nicely.
Take a plate and nicely decorated, serve with boiled egg.
