Pork Roll with Mushrooms and Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
Pork Shoulders - 180 g
Mushrooms - 60 g
Garlic
Salt - 5 g
White Pepper - 2 g
Sunflower Oil - 100 ml
Fresh Thyme - 2 g
Chicken Breast - 160 g
For Vegetables Puree and Roast Potatoes:
Carrots - 150 g
Celery - 100 g
Potatoes - 120 g
Sugar - 10 g
Butter - 10 g
Salt - 5 g
White Pepper - 2 g
Method of Preparation:
So, first, we should make the mushroom puree, with garlic, salt, white pepper.
Smudge the puree on pork and make the roll, that is Pork roll. Bake 5h, 130 C.
Fry potatoes until golden, then bake 40min 145 C.
Boil the carrots, celery, and make smoothie puree, salt, sugar and butter.
Grilled marinated, Chicken breast (marinated with salt, oil, pepper and thyme).
