The China Cuisine Association hosts a high-standard, large-scale international Western cuisine competition certified by the Association of Chefs in conjunction with Asian President Forum 15-19 October 2025. The competition invites Western cuisine professionals from around the world and various provinces in China to participate. Through the competition, it aims to test and showcase the cutting-edge skills, concepts, and standards of contemporary Western cuisine cooking, promote the overall skill level of the industry, provide a stage for talented chefs to showcase themselves, and inject fresh blood and future stars into the industry.
The competition will be held over three days from October 17 to 19, 2025, with a total of 8 rounds, 4 rounds per day. The competition events are divided into: Western-style set meals (team), buffet styling (chocolate and sugar art), bread baking and display.
