To Become a Judge Silver Star:
Becoming a Silver Star Judge with the International Culinary Union is a mark of prestige and recognition. Here’s what you need to do to qualify:
Prerequisite

You must hold the Honorary Certificate “Chef Star 1.”

You must have a minimum of 5 members in your team network.
Course

Successfully complete the ICU Culinary Judge Skills Online Program.
Once these steps are completed, your application will be reviewed, and you will be awarded the Judge Silver Star status.
To Become a
Judge Golden Star:
Achieving the title of Golden Star Judge is one of the highest honours within the International Culinary Union, reserved for chefs who demonstrate excellence, leadership, and commitment to the profession.
Prerequisite

You must have two registered members (chefs) in your team who have already earned the Judge Silver Star or Judge Golden Star distinction.
Course

Successfully complete the ICU Executive Culinary Judge Program, an advanced training designed to refine your judging expertise at the international level.
Upon completion, your credentials will be reviewed by the ICU Board, and you may be formally recognised as an ICU Judge Golden Star — a position of international prestige and influence.
