We are thrilled to host the Alinea 20th Anniversary Tour, a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration with the world-renowned three Michelin-starred restaurant, led by visionary Chef Grant Achatz. From 3 to 26 October 2025, Signature will transform into a stage for two decades of culinary brilliance, offering guests an unparalleled gastronomic journey celebrating Alinea’s milestone.
Elevating the experience further, from 8 to 26 October, The Aviary will present an avant-garde cocktail progression at Mandarin Bar. Here, Chef Achatz’s acclaimed creations are paired with innovative mixology in a five-course tasting experience, redefining the art of fine dining high above Tokyo.
