26th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition

FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition, organized by Shanghai Catering and Culinary Industry Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co. Ltd, will be held on November 12-14, 2025 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, concurrently with the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show!

FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition is the only official World Association of Chefs Class A international event in China. Recognized as a Grade A international event. The event has been successfully held for the 25th time at FHC Shanghai, with the aim of training young chefs and strengthening the development of Western cuisine in China. This means that the event has become a highly prestigious international culinary competition.
