To participate, simply prepare a dish that includes two mandatory ingredients: Chicken and Peppers. From there, let your imagination run wild – add vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices, and more. There are no limits to the techniques, shapes, or flavors you can explore, as long as your dish prominently features chicken and peppers.
Here’s how to enter:
Name your dish.
Create a short video clip (maximum 1 minute) showcasing:
A brief explanation in English.
Demonstration of at least one technique used in your dish.
Plating and presentation of your culinary creation.
Provide your full ICU Registration Number.
Share your Facebook profile link (optional).
Submit your entry via email to Office@InternationalCulinaryUnion.com. Once received, we will post your submission and tag you for visibility in our public group “International Culinary Union.”
